Bloom

This is what late spring / early summer looks like right outside our apartment. 

Every day these trees are in bloom I'm constantly in awe of their beauty.

One Saturday afternoon my mum I took a drive out into the far suburbs of Sydney to a succulent nursery run by an older lady from her home. It was so hard not to walk away with loads of plants! Our home is slowly but surely becoming a jungle. The more plants the better I say... Polo needs a bit more convincing...

Rewind...

Rewinding to that time Maria, Will and I did a hike in the Royal National Park. These are the last of my pics, that were on a film I recently had developed. I really want to go back and visit the National Park again and perhaps this time take a swim.

Last evening in Bali

For our last evening in Bali we went back to one of our favourite spots to enjoy a cocktail, a bite to eat and watch the sunset.

We had such a great time in Bali and can't wait to visit in the future.

Happy New Year! I'm still back in 2014 with the images I have to share... Need to catch up. It's been a while between posts unfortunately. Hopefully this year I can be a bit better at blogging. We'll see.

Sacred Monkey Forest

Whilst in Ubud, we visited the Sacred Monkey Forest. It was great watching all the monkeys, how they interacted and played with each other. I particularly liked watching the mothers with their tiny babies, they were so caring and sweet.

On another note our friends Maria and Will leave Sydney today to move to Hamburg. We're going to miss them terribly and are very sad they are going. Maria and I got to know each other from our blogs, so thankful to have met and become such close friends.
