i went through some old files recently and stumbled across some work from a number of years a go.

looking forward...

 

in my last post i talked about being excited for summer in europe, however, i must say i'm rather looking forward to autumn showing 

up here in sydney. it's been rather hot recently - 30 degrees here today, a stark contrast to the snowy pictures i've seen from across 

europe. i'm looking forward to autumn sunshine and cool, crisp air, wearing silk shirts and cardigan layers. i'm also looking forward to 

dressing Theodore in some cute outfits. he's been given so many beautiful things, the boy has a bigger wardrobe than me! 

summer in europe - booked!

last week we booked tickets back to europe! we'll be travelling for a month from the end of july till the end of august. i'm already 

super excited! we're calling our trip: le tour de Teddy :) it's a chance for all our friends and family in london and france to meet our 

little guy and for us to show him off. we'll also spend some time holidaying in italy. it will be interesting travelling with a 5 month old.. 

but i guess at least he won't be too mobile  yet. if anyone has any tips on travelling with babes, let me know!

merry christmas friends!

today i'm sharing photos from yesterday (top image) and this time last year (bottom image). this year the beach, last year it was snow!
hard to believe this time last year we were spending our last weeks in london and europe, saying goodbye to family and friends, 
packing our things for the big move back to sydney.

i really can't believe how quickly this year has gone. it's crazy really.

2013 is another big year for the husband and i, as we'll be welcoming baby boy to the world in early march. i'm 29 weeks (the bump is 
getting big), so he'll be here in no time. exciting and a little daunting all at once.

i hope you enjoy the holiday season wherever you are in the world. i thank you for your support, kind comments and encouragement 
this past year and look forward to sharing 2013 with you.

i've been busy with work and appointments and friends.. hence the sporadic posts recently.

it was my birthday yesterday! i turned 32. i'm getting old. it was so nice to celebrate it in summer again. 

i've had 5 years of celebrating in winter. i went to the beach with my family and had dinner and mocktails outside with friends. 

it was a beautiful day.

i'm on holidays for a week. it's funny it doesn't really feel like christmas to me this year.. 

maybe i've gotten used to christmas in winter.

p.s i am   s t i l l   waiting on my b&w film to be developed. so annoying.

for the last couple of months i've been working on getting a website up and running of my work - a portfolio... this has meant i've 
been going through all my photos and guess what, i've found a small number that i never shared. so as i'm waiting for films to be 
developed i thought it a good chance to show some forgotten photos from the archive. today we're in paris, summer 2010.
